Our Belize Real Estate Advertisement Services.
Our Belize Real Estate Advertisement Services are offered to property owners trying to sale their own property in Belize, brokers, realtors and sellers’ agents alike, looking for more selling exposure for their properties/listings. Our different advertisement packages and fees are as follows:
Free: This free service will be offered to real For Sale by Owners Only, and upon our sole discretion. The listings will last until sold or withdraw by the owner request. All potential buyers will contact the seller directly at the sellers’ given website link, email address or phone number.
Monthly Advertisement Packages:
-Basic Package: $10 Bz per month, 6 months minimum. That includes one(1) picture, and a short description of the property location and features. All potential buyers will contact the sellers directly at the sellers’ given website link, email address or phone number. The property will be listed on this website only, which normally is on the first page or pages of google and soon will be increasing ranking.
-Medium Package: $20 Bz per month, 6 months minimum. That includes five(5) pictures, and a detailed description of the property location and features. The property will be listed with us plus three (3) other websites of our network which normally are on the front page of the major search engines like google, yahoo, etc.
-Advanced Package: $100 Bz per month, 6 months minimum. That includes up to ten(10) pictures, and a detailed description of the property location and features. The property will be listed with us plus at least five(5) other websites of our network which normally are on the front pages of the major search engines. Plus, at our cost, a paid classified ad with a permanent link to the property will be posted on our two local newspapers. All potential buyers will contact the sellers directly at the sellers’ given website link, email address or phone number, or we can handle the initial pre-screening contact if the sellers wish us to do so.

Our Belize Real Estate Property Scouting Services
At the present time we are only able to offer this services in Ambergris Caye and few other parts of Belize, however, we are actively networking with belize real estate brokers, realtors, agents, and property scouts from all over the country to offer the best service humanly possible.
Our Belize Real Estate Property Scouting Services offers general, personal and detailed advice and support to potential buyers in many different ways, that we consider confidential and will not be publicly announced. However, a detailed description of our real estate property scouting services will be given to prospective customers upon request and under confidentiality.
The Belize Real Estate Property Scouting Services Fees are as follows:
- $100 US per each month. Of which $70,00 US will be directly donate to the Holy Cross Anglican School (HCAS hereinafter) in Ambergris Caye, Belize, and just $30,00 US to ABRE to share with its websites host and administrator to help cover inherent costs and expenses.
- $500 US per six(6) months. (Please allow us a short suggestion, start your search for Belize properties some months in advance so you be able to make a well informed decision). Same as above, $70,00 US for the HCAS and $30,00 US for ABRE.
Yes!, We are proud to announced that 70% (seventy) of all income generated by all our services will go directly to Feed the Childrens of the Holy Cross Anglican School of Belize. All donations/payments from the US, as a donation, are tax deductable. We are looking into if donations made from within Belize are also tax deductable.

2. Fr. Mal Robert, Peace Church, 520 Taberna Way, New Bern, NC 28562
Please make sure that on the memo section of the check you put For: Belize Ministry(HCAS/ABRE). Then both of the Diocese and the Peace Church will issue a check payable to the HCAS account here in Ambergris Caye, Belize.
For those persons interested on making the donation directly to the HCAS account here in Belize please contact us and we will provide you with the pertinent information.
For payment to ABRE please contact us and we will provide you with the pertinent information. We intend to place a PAYPAL Buttom here to make it ease to pay with credit cards.
Now, if for whatever reason(s) you decide not to use our services, please consider make a donation to the Holy Cross Anglican School. Those God sent missioners are doing a marvelous job with our childrens, and, in my humble opinion, its, to all persons of good faith, a duty to assist in any way we can to the continuance and development of such most needed volunteer project.
