Questions and answers about our services:

1. What exactly kind of business ABRE is?
ABRE is an innovative kind of business, our services is a combination of real estate advertisement, with property scouting and referral services. A new breed of what may be called “Hybrid Non Profits”, which is mostly funded by providing one or more services instead of the common contributions.

2. What is the advantage of working with ABRE?
a) Since the costs of the transaction are no different, why not serve the community by working with ABRE, whom will donate to the community most of the referral fee collected.
b) ABRE as a non-for-profit enterprise will not, as normal sellers agents have to do, lead you to buy at a high price. Indeed, our buyers’ agent background and the core of our mission is to make everything as affordable as possible to everybody. In other words, we will help you to find affordable properties and/or negotiate a fair price.
c) ABRE network is mostly composed of national Belizeans and persons of other nationalities but living in Belize for a long time with local knowledge, including of the local real estate prices too!

3. How much is “most” of the referral fee that ABRE will donate?
ABRE will donate at least, but never less than, 70% of any and all income generated through the services described herein. ABRE will retain 30% or less to help cover operational costs and expenses.
